Today i am going to share some important health tips how to increase white blood 🩸 cells.

3 years ago my sissy Bella’s white blood cells were low and that was something to worry about. she used to always be tired. mommy’s regular vet recommenced to take her to a specialist. They wanted to take a sample of her bone marrow and send it to the lab to see what was causing it, and said they might have to put her on a chemo pill of do a blood transfusion. mommy refused the treatment cause she just lost Mocha to cancer after she was given her first chemo pill, instead she did her research in how to increase the white blood cells in a natural way and came out with a list of vegetables 🥗, fruits and protein that could increase the white cells.
In 2 months when Bella went back to the vet, her white cells count was normal, and 3 years later till today it is normal. following is the list that you could give your fur babies. this also works for humans.

Broccoli 🥦, bell pepper, Sweet potato 🍠, carotenoids, Papaya,, strawberry 🍓, cantaloupe 🍈, Pineapple 🍍, mango 🥭 Unsalted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, it is very important that you make sure you take off the shell, White water salmon 🍣, oyster 🦪, Mackerel, sardine, anchovies, plain goat yogurt, chicken 🍗 but not breast, Turkey 🦃 , liver, eggs 🥚.
